06.How far in advance should I book a content shoot?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance and a month+ in advance for full-scale shoots that require things like location scouting, models and extensive editing.
07.Do you provide social media management or just content creation?
We offer both! You can choose between content-only packages (customised) or full social media management, which includes strategy, content posting, community engagement and reporting.
08.Can you help with influencer marketing?
Yes! We can assist with influencer outreach, collaboration and campaign management to help amplify your brand’s reach to a wider audience.
09.Do you offer long-term contracts?
We have flexible options, but our social media management package requires a minimum 3-month commitment to see optimal results.
10.What are your pricing and payment terms?
• Our pricing varies depending on the package selected. You can contact us for a custom quote.
• Payment is to be made upfront for the first 3 months unless an alternate agreement has been made in BTF’s Social Media Contract.
